There are two (2) Solar Power solutions, one with .7 KW PV capacity and the other with 1.75 KW. Consumption analyses have been prepared to give a feel of what appliances, and the associated operational times, these systems are able to support.
.7 KW PV System - Price: US$11,659.48
The .7KW PV system is expected to produce approximately 3.5 KWh’s daily. The system should be able
to operate general kitchen appliances and lighting fixtures within the home. Lighting will be limited to
fixtures installed in ceilings and on walls (in and outdoor) – lamps would not be included.
The system will be able to operate the items listed, or their equivalent, for the operational times stated.
The system is expected to provide 16-24 hours of run time for the loads listed each day. System run times will vary based on the actual wattage of equipment used and your consumption patterns. The system will provide 110 VAC at its output.
1.75 KW PV System - Price: US$28,286
The 1.75 KW PV system is expected to produce approximately 8.5 KWh’s daily. The system should be
able to operate general appliances and lighting fixtures within the home.
Just as above, the system will be able to operate the items listed in the consumption analysis, or their
equivalent, for the operational times stated. The system is expected to provide 16-24 hours of run time for the loads listed each day. System run times will vary based on the actual wattage of equipment used and your consumption patterns. The system will provide both 110 & 220 VAC at its output.

Car Port Package
Materials for Carport:
Corrugated Fiberglass Translucent roofing over standard carports.
Standard Car Port - Roof and construction stops at the entrance to the Service/Drying Yard - Price: J$350,000.
Extended Car Port - Roof is extended to cover the entire Service/Drying Yard - Price: J$500,000.
Rainwater Guttering Package
Packages available from Environmental Resource Management (ERM), please contact distributor directly.
- Furnish, paint and install wood strip to plumb slanted fascia board.
- Fabricate and install 190 running feet (58 meters) of 6” seamless K-style gutters (white aluminum .027” gauge).
- Furnish and install factory exact corner pieces, as needed - riveted and sealed to a water tight condition.
- Install aluminum self tapping brackets every two (2) feet or as needed to secure gutter system.
- Factory exact end caps and K-outlets supplied and installed as needed.
- Furnish and install 40 running feet of 3”x4” white aluminum downspouts with elbows leading to the ground.
For the above referenced material, labor and delivery - One thousand and five hundred dollars - US$1,500.00. This price is subject to GCT tax.
Please note:
- Our gutters carry a 20 year warrantee.
- Our bracket system is FM-rated to 150 mph wind uplift.
- All corners, end caps and k-outlets are factory milled.
